With effect from 24 July 2013, the visa offices at the foreign representations of the Federal Republic of Germany have been informed that future applications for a visa to visit a trade fair in Germany will no longer require the presentation of an invitation from the respective trade fair company.
Exhibitors are requested to submit an exhibitor authorisation from the respective trade fair company when applying for a visa. In this case, the visa can be issued free of charge. If the exhibitor is not in possession of an exhibitor authorisation, the purpose of the trip must be made plausible in another way; in this case, a visa cannot be issued free of charge.

What do I have to consider when buying the Düsseldorf ticket?
The Düsseldorf Ticket is only valid in conjunction with a trade fair admission ticket and photo identification.
Where is the Düsseldorf-Ticket valid?
Please note that the Düsseldorf-Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For journeys beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn app, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.
Can I buy Düsseldorf tickets for other people?
You can also buy the Düsseldorf ticket for other people. Please add the required number to your shopping cart and personalise these tickets in the next step before making the payment.
Can I redeem all exhibitor pass codes via my e-mail address?
The exhibitor passes are personalized for you, so you can only use one exhibitor pass code per e-mail address/registration.
In order to redeem additional exhibitor pass codes, the person concerned must register independently with their own name and e-mail address.

If you have not received your exhibitor pass by email after confirming your personal details, please redeem your exhibitor pass code again in the ticket shop under "Exhibitor".
Is it possible to change the name of the exhibitor pass?
It is not possible to change names or companies on a created pass. The exhibitor pass must be cancelled online in the Exhibitor Voucher Manager. Your main contact from your company for the trade show can login there.
Can I also redeem my exhibitor voucher code also be redeemed on site at the trade fair?
Yes, this is possible with a registration form at the cash desk if necessary. To avoid waiting times, we recommend redeeming exhibitor voucher codes in advance.
Is the exhibitor pass also valid in printed form or only digitally?
Of course, you can also print out your exhibitor pass.
There is an incorrect name behind my registration. What can I do?

The rental coupons for the electric scooters amounting to 20,- € can be purchased at the fair cash desk and exchanged for an electric wheelchair at the fair ambulance.
After booking your admission tickets, you will receive an email with your admission tickets as a PDF. In this email you will also find a link to book a parking space for the Caravan Center.
Can I book a pitch with electricity?
A pitch with electricity cannot be booked in advance. You can ask on site when you arrive if an electricity pitch is available.
When can I drive onto the Caravan Center?
Arrival is possible between 04:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. On the booked arrival day, your pitch will be reserved for you from 04:00 p.m.
We advise against arriving before 04:00 p.m. due to expected traffic obstructions for motorhomes. Should you nevertheless plan to arrive before 04:00 p.m., please state the day before your planned arrival in your booking.
From approx. 10:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m., the site is not accessible due to the night's rest.
Vehicles arriving after 10:00 p.m. can park on the access road to the Caravan Center and then drive up the next morning from 07:00 a.m..
Does the parking ticket have to be printed out by the Caravan Center?
The parking ticket for the Caravan Center must be printed out in advance and placed clearly visible behind the windscreen.
How can I extend my stay?
The stay at the Caravan Center cannot be extended on site. Please book the parking tickets in advance in the ticket shop at Goldbeck Parking.
There are no box offices on site. Tickets can only be purchased online in advance.
Who can buy tickets for the Preview day?
Each person can create an account for themselves with their own registration with their own individual email address and then purchase the card for the Preview Day for themselves and companions, whose card will be personalised during the purchase. No identification is required.
From what age do children have to pay admission?
Children from the age of 6 need a day ticket child for 6.00 euros. Children under 6 years of age do not pay admission when accompanied by an adult.
What do I have to show to buy the reduced ticket?
Valid for schoolchildren from the age of 13, students (student ID must show its period of validity), trainees, persons doing voluntary military service, persons doing federal voluntary service, the unemployed, senior citizens from the age of 65, pensioners, people with disabilities (with a B or H in the ID, the accompanying person has free admission) and Düsselpass holders on presentation of appropriate identification. Also valid for ADAC, boot.club and CARAVAN SALON CLUB members.
How do I change the date of my ticket?
The date cannot be changed. You can cancel the ticket with the wrong date up to 1 day before your arrival to the fair by sending an email to ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de and would then have to buy a new ticket with the correct date. If this is a voucher, it will not be valid again. To redeem a voucher again, you would have to get a new voucher. The unused voucher will not be charged to the exhibitor.
How can I change the names on my tickets?
Due to the system, we cannot make any changes/adjustments to tickets as well as tickets from redeemed vouchers.
Upon request, we can cancel the entire order or parts thereof and refund the refundable amount.
Please note that cancellation is only possible up to one day before the scheduled visit date!
If redeemed voucher codes are involved, they cannot be used again after cancellation.
Please note that each individual visitor requires a separate registration when placing a new order. A ticket can then be purchased or a voucher redeemed under this access. Tickets are not transferable. Each person can only enter the grounds with a ticket issued in their own name. We reserve the right to carry out random checks.
Can I use my ticket on a different day?
As these are day-dated tickets, you cannot use them on another day. Cancellation of tickets is possible up to one day before the scheduled visit to the fair. After that, no cancellations can be made. It is not possible to rebook tickets.
How do I cancel my ticket?
You can cancel tickets up to one day before your planned visit to the fair by sending an email to ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de. Subsequent cancellation of tickets is no longer possible.
I would like to use my account to redeem a voucher for someone else. Is that possible?
You can only redeem vouchers for yourself and not for accompanying persons or other persons, as the tickets are personalised. A subsequent change of names on the tickets is not possible due to the system. Every trade visitor who wishes to redeem a voucher code must register online with their own email address.
